How much should I take?

One level measuring scoop, about 26 g, once a day. A pouch holds 30 doses, one month of ritual.

Are there allergens?

Yes: the marine collagen comes from fish. It is stated on every pouch.

Is there caffeine?

Yes, both the coffee and the matcha contain caffeine. It is stated on every pouch.

How do I prepare it?

One level scoop in the bottle or the cup, like your usual coffee or matcha. Mix, drink.

Where do you deliver?

Across Morocco. Fees and timing are shown before payment.

How does the monthly subscription work?

One pouch delivered every month at 690 MAD (indicative price, to be confirmed), a WhatsApp reminder before the pouch runs out, and the frother offered in month six. Pause and cancellation terms will be set out before subscriptions open.

Is 7.AM halal certified?

Not yet. Halal certification is targeted and the process is under way. We will display it only once it is obtained.
